Manuel Felix is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Investing in Education. He worked for six years with the World Bank Group where he held a variety of advisory positions and worked with the office of the Chief Economist.
Manuel holds a Master's Degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a business degree from the ITESM-Monterrey.

Leigh Kitcher is the Managing Director at Kitcher & Associates, a consulting firm aimed at improving the success of start-ups and nonprofit organizations. She provides advice on strategic planning, organizational management, marketing and fundraising to Investing in Education.
Leigh has spent over 20 years as a business development executive working
to build successful international and domestic firms with a focus on
the telecommunications sector. She holds a Bachelor's in Mathematics
from Mount Holyoke College.
Era Dabla-Norris is a Senior Economist at the International Monetary Fund, where she has worked in a variety of positions. Her research interests include education, governance and corruption, fiscal policy, and economic growth. Era holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master's in Economics from Delhi School of Economics.
Vicente A. Garcia-Moreno works as an economist at the World Bank. Previously he worked with the Mexican Ministry of Education. His research interests include education, indigenous peoples, poverty, social capital, and economic growth. Vicente holds a Master’s degree in economics from El Colegio de la Frontera Norte and a Bachelor’s from Universidad de las Americas, Puebla.
Trine Lunde works as a consultant for the World Bank on issues related to poverty, gender and indigenous peoples in Latin America. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Latin American studies at the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University. Trine also holds an MBA from HEC Paris and has worked as a consultant for UNICEF and in the private sector.
Rodrigo García-Verdú works as an Economist in the Poverty Reduction and Economic Management Unit of the Latin America and Caribbean Region at the World Bank. He specializes in the analysis of labor markets and social program evaluation. Rodrigo holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's in Economics from ITAM.

Alejandra Meraz Velasco works as a consultant to evaluate socio-economic development projects and strategic planning in Brazil. She has worked for various Brazilian NGOs focused on the rights of children and adolescents, local public administration, and corporate social responsibility.
Alejandra holds a Master's Degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico.
Susan Parker is an Associate Professor of economics at the Center for Research and Teaching in Economics (Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas, CIDE) in Mexico City. Her research interests include labor economics, development, and social program evaluation. Susan received a Ph.D. in Economics at Yale in 1993 and a Bachelor's in Economics and Mathematics at Franklin and Marshall College in 1987. (Learn more)
